SUNDAY IS ALWAYS PANCAKE DAY AT HOME! 🥞

I came up with this lean & yummy chocolate pancake recipe that tick all the boxes and I wanted to share it with you. I swear I miss them when we travel:-)

Here is why you will love them too:

🍫 Filling you up for 4-5 hours (at least that’s what I experienced when I eat 2 big ones with berries + 1 coffee on Sundays which is one of my 2 rest days from Crossfit). This way I eat a very late lunch and light dinner no need for snack.
🍫 Packed with all the macro-nutrients you need for a balanced meal.
🍫 High in antioxidants and omega 3’s with chia seeds, blood sugar & hormone balancing ingredients, fibers, and gut bacteria food (eg oats & green banana as prebiotics),
🍫 TASTY while containing *only* super clean and lean ingredients!!!!!

Ingredients for 8 medium pancakes (4 big & thick like on the picture):

– 3 scoops Vegan protein from @Nuzest Rich Choco flavour (enter OXY10 at check-out and get 10% OFF, put my name Audrey Archambault as your practitioner)
– 1 (Green-ish) banana
– 2 full mugs GF Organic Jumbo Oats
– Dairy Free milk to taste (make the paste a bit liquid but not too much) .
– 1 TBS Ceylan Cinnamon Organic powder (or less to taste) .
– 3 TBS Chia seeds soaked in water for 5 mins (alternative: ground flax seeds or 2 eggs).
– Optional: Half a punnet Organic blueberries (frozen ok) or Spinach
– Optional: 1 TBS shredded coconut
Cooking oil: Organic cold pressed coconut oil

TIME SAVING TIP:

If you like them, cook some more for your breakfast or snacks during the week. They preserve really well for a few days in the fridge😉
