😊 I NEVER FELT HAPPIER SINCE I LEFT BANKING
Lately I’ve received lots of direct messages inspiring me to share more about how I felt then, my journey since and how I have been on a mission to empower beautiful souls to feel good in their own skin, step into their inner power, own it and create a life they don’t need a vacation from💞
Today is the Intro to a series, but long post so get a, I will always remember the day where my dad told me I had to choose between a job and my passion and that’s how I ended up in a business school and later on in Banking (like my dad)…

10 years down the line, I was earning A LOT of money but I was actually feeling miserable…😖

I was STRESSED (although not fully aware of it),
I was SINGLE and did not have a soulful social life,
I was not eating that healthy (I thought I was with the knowledge I had at the time…)
I was sitting on my butt all day long, way more SEDENTARY (and cellulite haha)!!
Literally glued to my desk from 7 am to 9pm with only a short walk at lunchtime to grab my lunch.
I was coming back home most often in the dark, smoking and having a glass of 🍷(on my own…) after dinner to compensate for a long intense day.
I knew I was not where I wanted to be but the pace was so intense that I was not creating headspace, only during my beloved weekly massages and holiday. That was not enough!!!

More and more I was feeling unfulfilled and misaligned with my values, I was feeling a huge pull, I knew there was SOMETHING ELSE OUT THERE🌟
Don’t get me wrong, I am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL for this part of my life. I started from NOTHING in Banking. When I joined HSBC, in Paris initially, I was given a fantastic opportunity by a few amazing humans to prove what I was capable of. They believed in my potential more than I believed in myself, they taught me that those who work their ass off and never give up in times of hardships, whose who stay in the course win big even if they start small (we all start somewhere!)🙏
That’s how I was given responsibilities very quickly at 26. I was literally living for work though. That was my choice. That part of me that wanted to explore and give it my everything.
I totally ignored the DIS-EASE I was creating in my body🤕. I did not have a clue of what stress was actually doing to your body cells (including cellulite ha!), to your gut, to your brain, to your hormones, to your immune system, how it could manifest in so many different subtle forms! I had no idea I WAS “THAT” STRESSED. I tolerated it for many years, even after leaving Banking. I was in denial of how much of it I was actually creating because of the programmes I was running in my head. I HAD BECOME IT!

What I came to understand after all those years changing career is that most of us seek to achieve in our physical world, but for true abundance, success, happiness and fulfillment in life, we must address our mental, emotional and spiritual world too. I believe it’s all about Balance & Alignment. I believe this is about putting the pieces of the puzzle together. 🙌

THAT’s my zone of genius🧠. Looking at you as a whole person, not just precisely tackle what you come to see me for, which is what you see and feel then.🤝
My profile is so holistic that sometimes people just say I am a coach which is kind of okay too! As a student of life, as a health advocate, as an achiever, I have a long list of qualifications. There is not really a single word that sums up what I do. It’s not the list that makes the woman, it’s the applied knowledge really.

️ Physically – I am qualified as Nutritional Therapist, Sports Massage Therapist and various massage therapies, Systematic Kinesiologist (FDN). I’ve been blessed to share my life with an ex-Crossfit Coach which has taught me a lot about weight training🏋️‍♀️, movement, as well as my own personal experience of health and fitness.
️ Mentally, Emotionally, and Spiritually to some extend – I am a certified NLP practitioner, Coach and Time Line Therapist. I have many years of coaching experience. I’ve had the opportunity to work under and with great coaches.

😎THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE: For 4 months now, I’ve been mentored by the most incredible humans I could ever think of where I work EVERY SINGLE DAY on becoming the better version of myself. I get to do some cool stuff and weird stuff to discover my full potential and that truly supported me become a better coach. I am also a firm believer of physical and energetic practises such as healing, meditation🧘‍♀️, kinesiology to create true transformation in my client’s lives.

Most of my clients come to see me for a physical complaint: weight loss, low energy, cravings, poor digestion / bloating, body confidence, or poor sleep. Half of them know what they should do but don’t do it or believe they’ve tried everything but nothing works. However the physical is usually a manifestation of the mental, emotional and spiritual imbalances
