In-person Personal Training in Aix-en-Provence is the fastest, safest and most efficient method to get to where you want to be. Each session lasts one-hour during which I have a personalized plan designed exclusively for you, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective results – whether the goal is weight-loss, building lean muscle mass, increasing overall strength and endurance or simply getting fit.

And the best part? Sessions can be done from the Gym or your Home, either indoor or outdoor, with your partner or friend! 

Virtual Personal Training is the best alternative to in-person training. Structured just like an in-person PT session, I will guide you through personalised workouts, pushing you beyond what you’d do on your own and making it more fun too (!!) while making sure you get the most out of your sessions.
Whatever equipment you have available to you, I will use my extensive experience to design and deliver the most effective workout to keep you moving towards your goals.

Fitness Training programme: whether you’re looking to tone up, gain muscle mass, get stronger, fitter, healthier, more mobile, or just feel and look good, I tailor each plan specifically to your goals and preferences. It can be adjusted whether you work-out from home, outdoor or from a gym. You’ll be working with me online on a 1-2-1 basis where I will walk you through how your program looks like, and whether you need equipment or not, and if so which one is within your budget.

 

In any case, your training will be varied, fun, challenging, safe and practical.
