Massage, Nutrition & Fitness is what helped me cope with stress when I worked in Investment Banking. In 2012 I decided to change career and give back.
I accumulated a long list of diplomas & qualifications in the health & wellness sector for the last 14 years enabling me to holistically blend in bespoke techniques and protocols into your treatments and packages.

PERSONALISATION IS KEY
Each experience is specifically tailored to your needs on the day (physical, mental, emotional) and includes self-care advice & wellbeing tips. This is the reason why all my sessions include a short consultation before we start. I then create your treatment on the spot blending in massage / drainage techniques as needed (Relaxing, Deep Tissue, Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, Scraping, Thai Stretching, Balinese, Sports & Remedial, Myofascial Release, Kinesiology / energy balancing) which I am all qualified in.
Massage is a great way to support your physical training, improve joint mobility and ease muscle tension by breaking down the small fibres (‘knots’) that build up in the fascia due to lack of movement, overuse or repetitive strain. It’s also an effective treatment for work-related aches & pains and can help to reduce mental fatigue and stress. Flowing strokes encourage improved blood circulation and the flushing out of toxins and also help to improve your overall sense of wellbeing.

Treatment time: Your treatment time includes initial consultation or follow up consultation, hands-on massage, clothes changing time and after-care advice.
Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we respectfully ask you to call, email or text more than 24 hrs before so that the slot can be re-allocated and clinic cancellation fee avoided. If the minimum 24 hrs period is not met, you forfeit the full amount – should you agree with the therapist to reschedule within that period, you may only be charged a cancellation fee.
